Kepuasan Pengguna E-Study Menggunakan Metode UTAUT di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan E-Study di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Model yang digunakan adalah UTAUT, yang terdiri dari empat konstruk utama: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions, yang secara langsung mempengaruhi niat dan perilaku pengguna. Dampak dari variabel-variabel ini diperkuat oleh variabel moderator seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman, dan kemauan untuk menggunakan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan sistem E-Study di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember berbasis LMS Moodle versi 1.9.15 dengan sedikit modifikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-eksplanatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang menggunakan E-Study kampus. Sampel terdiri dari 406 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak WarpPLS, yang melibatkan tiga langkah: desain model dalam, analisis model luar, dan evaluasi model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa facilitating conditions memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap user behavior terhadap E-Study di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, sedangkan user intention menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap usage behavior. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini antara lain perlunya pelatihan dan awareness penggunaan sistem, penyederhanaan fitur E-Study, dan peningkatan kapasitas jaringan internet kampus untuk meningkatkan stabilitas koneksi.References
