%A Muis, Saludin %D 2022 %T Desain Touch Screen Struktur One Glass Solution Dan Problemnya Sebagai Antar Muka End User - Perangkat Elektronik %K %X Abstrak : Touch screen adalah perangkat yang menggantikan fungsi papan ketik dan mouse sebagai alat antar muka antara end user dengan perangkat elektronik, dimana berkomunikasi antara end user dan  perangkat eletronika dilakukan. Teknologi one glass solution /OGS merupakan perkembangan dari teknologi Dito (double ITO) dan Sito (Single ITO), dimana OGS hanya membutuhkan satu lempengan kaca (sebagai substrate) untuk membangun fungsi modul touch screen sedangkan Dito dan Sito memerlukan dua lempengan kaca (substrate dan kaca pelindung). Kesederhanaan yang ditampilkan OGS membawa konsekuensi pada kerumitan proses pembuatan dan problem kehandalan. Problem pada struktur OGS antara lain : efek negatif lapisan ITO terhadap kinerja lempengan kaca, Keretakan lapisan ITO, efek outgassing, ESD, dan lain-lain. Problem-problem tersebut berkaitan dengan desain struktur OGS itu sendiri, sehingga solusinya tidak dapat bersifat menyeluruhan, hanya dapat dikurangi melalui peningkatan proses pembuatan.     Kata kunci : T ouch screen, OGS, Outgassing, ESD, ITO.   Abstract : Touch screen is a device that replaces the keyboard and mouse functions as an interface between end users and electronic devices, where communication between end users and electronic devices is carried out. One glass solution /OGS technology is a development of Dito (double ITO) and Sito (Single ITO) technology, where OGS only requires one glass slab (as a substrate) to build a touch screen module function while Dito and Sito require two glass slabs (substrate and glass protector). The simplicity displayed by OGS has consequences for the complexity of the manufacturing process and reliability problems. Problems with the OGS structure include: the negative effect of the ITO layer on the performance of the glass plate, cracking of the ITO layer, the outgassing effect, ESD, and others.
