Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja Pengemudi PT. Pahala Kencana Pool AKAP 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskiptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan jenuh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan jumlah sampel 32 pengemudi jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat secara simultan sangat kuat antara Motivasi dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pahala Kencaa Pool AKAP 1 Jakarta. Perusahaan harus dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja di lingkungan karyawan dengan memperhitungkan kebutuhan fisiologis seperti pemberian gaji, uang transportasi, uang makan dan lain sebagainya. Apabila Motivasi meningkat hal ini juga akan meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan

Abstract: The effect of motivation and work discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of the driver of PT. Pahala Kencana Pool AKAP 1 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The saturation sampling technique used in this study is with a sample of 32 drivers, the number of samples is the same as the total population. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a very strong simultaneous strong relationship between motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Pahala Kencaa Pool AKAP 1 Jakarta. Companies must be able to increase work motivation in the employee environment by taking into account physiological needs such as salaries, transportation fees, food allowances and so on. If motivation increases, this will also increase employee performance
