EDITORIAL INTRODUCTION

Journal of Office Administration (JAK) is a scientific journal published by Bina Insani University. This journal contains scientific research results with the themes: Strategic Management, Business Management, Banking Management, Environmental Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operational Management, Financial Management, Macro and Micro Economics, Secretariat, Communication, Public Relations, Indonesian, Foreign Languages, and Office Administration.

Jurnal Aaministrasi Kantor (JAK) contains the main issues both in the development of the theoretical framework, implementation and the possibility of developing the system as a whole.

It is hoped that every manuscript published in this journal will make a real contribution to improving research resources in the field of Office Administration. The editorial team opens further communication both criticism, suggestions and discussion.
