Sistem Informasi Penjualan Kredit Handphone Bedjo Store Berbasis Desktop

Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem informasi merupakan sebuah teknologi terkini dalam hal membantu setiap kegiatan usaha atau bisnis manusia sehingga segala bentuk usaha atau bisnis dapat berjalan dengan lancar, lebih efektif dan tentu juga lebih efisien dari sebelumnya jika usaha atau bisnis tersebut diterapkanya penggunaan sistem informasi. Sistem informasi penjualan yang senantiasa sangat diminati oleh pelaku usaha dalam melancarkan kegiatan jual beli barang yang didagangankannya. Tidak heran jika pelaku usaha membeli sistem informasi penjualan dengan harga yang tentu fantastik demi segala kegaiatan berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis. Bedjo Store merupakan sebuah toko yang menjualkan handphone dengan sistem berbasis konvensional sehingga banyak sekali keluhan yang terjadi bila saat transaksi dan pelaporan akhir tahun. Bedjo Store membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dalam menangani setiap kegiatan bisnisnya dan sistem informasi tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis dekstop ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan kebutuhan sofware seperi Visual Studio.Net 2010, database SqlServer 2008, Visual studio 2010. bahasa program yang digunakan yakni bahasa C. Sistem Informasi penjualan berbasis desktop dilengkapi dengan beberapa fitur untuk mengolah data master seperti data karyawan, data barang, data harga, data user, mengolah data transaksi sepeti pembelian barang, persediaan stok barang digudang, kredit barang, dan penjualan barang serta dilengkapi juga dengan fitur laporan-laporan dari laporan perhari, perperiode, pertahun bahkan lebih kompleks bisa menggunakan laporan per faktur. Sistem informasi ini tentu masih banyak tahap-tahap pengembangan selanjutnya sehingga perlu maintenance secara rutin dan tentu adanya standar penggunakan modul yang dibuat untuk penggunakan sistem informasi ini lebih tepat dan akurat.

Abstract: Information systems are the latest technology in terms of helping every business activity or human business so that all forms of business or business can run smoothly, more effectively and certainly also more efficiently than before if the business or business is the use of information systems. A sales information system that is always in high demand by businesses in launching the sale and purchase of goods they trade. Not surprisingly, businesses buy sales information systems at prices that are certainly fantastic for the sake of all activities running in accordance with business objectives. Bedjo Store is a store that sells mobile phones with a conventional based system so that a lot of complaints occur when the transaction and reporting at the end of the year. Bedjo Store requires an effective information system in handling every business activity and the information system can meet the needs of the company. The design of this desktop-based sales information system uses the waterfall method with software requirements such as Visual Studio. Net 2010, SqlServer 2008 database, Visual studio 2010. The programming language used is C language. Desktop-based sales information system is equipped with several features for processing master data such as employee data, item data, price data, user data, transaction data processing such as purchase of goods, inventory of inventory in warehouse, credit of goods, and sale of goods and also equipped with reports from daily, period, yearly and even more complex reports can use per invoice report. This information system is certainly still a lot of further development stages so it needs routine maintenance and of course the existence of standards using modules that are made to use this information system is more precise and accurate.
