Sistem Informasi Penjualan Obat Pada Apotek Serambi Menggunakan Metode Prototype
Abstract
Abstrak: Sistem penjualan yang ada di Apotek Serambi masih menggunakan metode manual yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan penjualan di buku penjualan yang mana hal ini tentu tidak efektif. Data tidak terintegrasi sehingga untuk update data dan stok obat di lakukan secara manual. Terlebih lagi sering terjadinya human error dimana pegawai apotek lupa menuliskan transaksi penjualan terhadap satu atau dua pasien atau bahkan lebih. Penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi penjualan obat di Apotek Serambi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Metode prototype merupakan sebuah metode yang terdiri dari tahap komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan penyerahan. Metode prototype dipilih sebagai metode untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan obat di Apotek Serambi karena metode ini lebih mudah dipahami penulis, tahapan perancangannya terstruktur serta banyak referensi yang dapat dijadikan pedoman atau acuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi penjualan obat di Apotek Serambi yang terkomputerisasi ini mampu mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan kegiatan proses bisnis yang ada di Apotek Serambi.Kata kunci: Apotek, Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Prototype, Obat
Abstract: The sales system at Serambi Pharmacy still uses the manual method, namely by recording sales in the sales book, which of course is not effective. The data is not integrated so updates and drug stocks are done manually. What's more, human errors often occur where pharmacy employees forget to write down sales transactions for one or two patients or even more. This study designed a web-based drug sales information system at Serambi Pharmacy using the prototype method. The prototype method is a method that consists of the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction and delivery. The prototype method was chosen as a method for designing drug sales information systems at Serambi Pharmacy because this method is easier for the author to understand, the design stages are structured and there are many references that can be used as guidelines or references for designing a system using the prototype method. It is hoped that the existence of a computerized drug sales information system at the Serambi Pharmacy will be able to make it easier for employees to carry out business process activities at the Serambi Pharmacy.
