Sistem Informasi Monitoring Program Pemeriksaan Mesin Berbasis Web Pada PT United Tractors Tbk Head Office Jakarta

Abstract

Abstrak: PT United Tractors Tbk adalah distributor peralatan berat terbesar dan terkemuka di Indonesia yang menyediakan produk-produk dari merek ternama dunia seperti Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, Bomag, Tadano, dan Komatsu Forest. Penggunaan teknologi informasi di PTUnited TractorsTbk sudah sangat tinggi, terlihat dari sebagian besar dari proses transaksinya yang  sudah menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis ERP dengan Sofwarenya yang bernama SAP. Adapun sekarang saat keadaan pertambangan yang menurun PT United Tractors Tbktetap melakukan terobosan dalam hal pelayanan, salah satunya adalah program pemeriksaan mesin atau dikenal dengan PPM yang dimana saat ini proses monitoringnya hanya mengandalkan data excel. Hal ini adalah dampak dari pengurangan cost pada sistem informasinya yang sudah berjalan. Karena seperti kita ketahui SAP membutuhkan cost tidak sedikit dalam penggunaannya.Untuk itulah dalam rancangan sistem ini, penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai antarmuka dan MySQL sebagai database untuk menyimpan data-datanya. Rancangan sistem yang dibuat untuk memecahkan permasalahanyang terjadi dalam proses monitoring yang membutuhkan proses yang lama  sehingga proses follow Up yang lambat dapat merugikan customer.Perancangan dan pengimplementasian sistem ini diharapkan mampu mempercepat proses monitoring dan  followUp kebutuhan customer sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Kata kunci : Monitoring program pemeriksaan mesin, Sistem informasiAbstract: PT United Tractors Tbk is the largest heavy equipment distributor and a leading Indonesian who provide products of world renowned brands such as Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, Bomag, Tadano, and Komatsu Forest. The use of information technology in PT United TractorsTbk already very high, visible from most of the transaction process that is already using the ERP-based information systems with sofwarenya named SAP. As for now the current state of the declining mining PT United Tractors Tbk still make a breakthrough in terms of services,one of which is the engine inspection program, known as PPM which currently rely solely on the data monitoring process excel. This is the impact of cost reduction on existing information systems. Because as we all know SAP requires no little cost in use. For that reason in the design of this system, the authors designed a web-based information system as the interface and MySQL as a database for storing data. The design of the system created to solve problemsthat occur in the monitoring process that requires a long process so that the process of followup is slow can harm customer. Design and implementation of the system is expected to accelerate the process of monitoring and follow-up customer needs in accordance with the needs of the company.Keywords: Information systems, Monitoring engine inspection program
